Thomas Mulugeta began his journey in 1999 at the Audit Services Corporation, after he graduated from Nagpur University in Accounting and Finance. He even craved a deeper understanding of the human element in finance, leading him to a master’s degree in human resource management from the same University in India. Equipped with a keen eye and a thirst for knowledge, Thomas pursued his career at the corporation – first as an Audit Senior, then a Senior in Charge Auditor. But Thomas's ambitions extended beyond the bottom line. He embarked on an academic odyssey, earning an FCCA designation from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK.

This unique blend of financial expertise and people-centricity propelled Thomas to the international stage. He joined HST as a Senior Audit Manager, applying his skills to diverse clients. His dedication was recognized, leading to a promotion to Associate Audit Director and in 2022, Thomas's journey culminated in a well-deserved promotion to Audit Partner at HST. His experience spans across a multitude of sectors, from meticulously auditing non-profit organizations and governmental entities to providing invaluable guidance to private businesses.
